Learn how to walk with people undergoing everyday problems, crises or post-trauma crises. Understand how to actively listen, empathise and make appropriate referrals to professionals.
The coach, Sharon Hodiny, is a Singapore Red Cross certified trainer in psychological first aid, as well as an educator and clinical psychologist by training. She has led workshops in parenting, given counselling to refugees and taught in Mediacorp and the Civil Service College.
