CARING FOR PERSONS WITH DEMENTIA – COMMUNITY CARE EDUCATION TALK

Organised by St Andrew’s Mission Hospital and the Singapore Anglican Community Services 

St Andrew’s Mission Hospital and Singapore Anglican Community Services are launching a series of Community Care Education talks on Dementia, End of Life, Mental Health, Ageing, and Special Needs Care. Care professionals and chaplains will share in-depth knowledge in these care areas and resources that can help caregivers journey through the challenges.
