Trinity Theological College, 490 Upper Bukit Timah Road, Singapore 678093
Join Dr Mathew Mathews, Bishop Emeritus Robert Solomon and Dr Goh Wei Leong at this ETHOS Forum as they discuss Singaporeans’ religious practice and beliefs, their perception of religion in relation to inter-religious harmony and politics, and their attitudes towards social and moral issues.
This presentation is based on a recently released Institute of Policy Studies report that analysed the views of 1,800 respondents obtained in 2018.
Given the growing influence of private religious beliefs on individual actions in the public sphere, the findings offer a useful starting point for discussions on issues related to secularism in the common space, inter-religious harmony and potential divides in the future.
