Bethesda (Bedok-Tampines) Church, 300 Bedok North Ave 3, Singapore 469717

Organised by Whole Life

Communicating with our teens about practising healthy digital habits can be challenging and even “risky” when conversations can lead to heated arguments or, worse still, a full-blown rebellion.

The good news is – whenever done properly, teaching healthy screen time habits can help our teens understand the motivation and love from their parents. It also sets a good foundation for our tweens and teens to make better media choices for a lifetime.

Through this workshop, parents will:

  • Get hands-on experience in navigating crucial conversations about media consumption, issues on privacy and comments made online;
  • Discover a balanced and effective approach in establishing boundaries to manage screen time;
  • Make a commitment to journeying with their children in stewarding technology and our priorities wisely by putting Christ first.

This event is for parents and children aged 11-14.

Date: Saturday, July 20, 2019, 9am-11.30am

Cost: $40/parent-child pair
