REMOVING THE POWER OF ANXIETY OVER YOUR LIFE

This seminar will transform your life by explaining:
  • the effect of experiences and environment on your beliefs
  • the impact of your beliefs on your emotional health
  • the source and impact of anxiety
  • the personal impact of your speech patterns and self-talk

You will discover how to:

  • identify the underlying causes of your anxious thoughts
  • deal with self-limiting mindsets
  • gain freedom from imposed boundaries
  • walk in your true identity and capabilities to expand your potential
  • activate the process in your own life

The seminar will include experiences from counselling and concepts from well-known authors in the field. It will last two hours. This will include 90 minutes of teaching followed by a 30-minute interactive question-and-answer session.

Speaker and seasoned relationship counsellor, Gareth Thomas, has studied deeply on issues related to interpersonal relationships including overcoming disconnection and loneliness. He brings many years of experience in counselling and managing people in different cultures to the course.
