As a leader in the church, you have probably realised that change is happening all the time. How do you help other full-time staff and volunteers navigate useful change, identify opportunities and move quickly towards them?
Nineteen speakers, consultants, coaches, and innovative thinkers will share their insights, strategies, tools and knowledge to improve performance, deliver results and increase productivity in organisations.

There will be five categories of topics:
