BEYOND SUCCESS

The “Beyond Success” event focuses on personal development and leadership growth through a structured, roundtable format. Over seven lessons, participants will explore key topics that contribute to a successful and meaningful life, such as integrity, priorities, attitude, and relationships. The lessons are designed to help individuals add value to themselves and others, moving from success to significance.

• Personal Growth: Emphasising continuous self-improvement.
• Priorities: Learning to focus on what truly matters.
• Relationships: Building and maintaining strong, positive connections.
• Intentional Living: Taking deliberate actions to lead a significant life.

Participants engage in discussions, self-assessments and intentional action steps, facilitated by peers rather than instructors. The programme is based on the teachings of renowned leadership expert John C Maxwell, who emphasises the importance of adding value to others as a pathway to a fulfilling and impactful life.

Participants must attend whole sessions in order to get a Certificate of Completion.
