BOUNDARIES – CHANGING SOMEONE ELSE’S BEHAVIOUR BY CHANGING YOURS

What can give you hope and structure in setting your future direction?

You may be under pressure to conform to other people’s standards. They may want to influence, direct or control your decisions so that you find it difficult to choose your preferred direction and calling in your life.

Due to these pressures, you may find it difficult to make the necessary mental and emotional space that you need to review your current direction and lifestyle.

This course is focussed on:

  • Setting practical boundaries
  • Helping you ensure that your behaviour and decisions align with your core values
  • Helping you see how you can change people’s behaviour and opinions through being polite and clear

Who will benefit from this course

  • People who
    – Want to learn how to say no in a polite way
    – Feel that they do not have a voice
    – Feel that they find making choices difficult
    – Are seeking to improve their relationships with their bosses and colleagues in their workplace
    – Want to deal with manipulators
    – Regularly interact with people whose memories or neurological issues are creating difficulties processing information
  • Parents who are seeking to enhance their relationship with their children
  • Children who are seeking to enhance their relationship with their parents and grandparents
  • Servant leaders who want others to reach their potential
  • Anyone seeking to better understand themselves and others

There will be opportunities to develop a personal methodology.

Who is the speaker
