BUILD A KOINONIA GROUP
As the body of Christ, we are called to love all in our midst, including those with special needs.
One way we can do this is through inclusive small groups, in which we can welcome, engage and fellowship with those who may be different from us.
To facilitate this, Koinonia Inclusion Network (KIN) is launching a step-by-step handbook called Koinonia Groups on how to nurture inclusive small groups in your own church.
At the upcoming book launch, listen to:
- A pastor’s perspective on the pastoral role of small groups in disability inclusion
- A parent’s perspective on the felt experience in small groups
- A practitioner’s perspective on their first Koinonia Group in 12 years of ministry
- Practical tips and discussions: How to nurture your own small group
Koinonia Groups will be given to participants for free. Lunch is provided.
