ThriveSg invites you to join their Emotional Resilience Transformational Journey of growing in self-awareness and self-discovery.

ThriveSg’s founder Pamela Koh will be the main course trainer and she will share tips and hacks for emotional resilience that she learnt from her 20 years of experience as a helping professional.

The heart behind this course is to create a safe space for self-discovery and for you to learn and practise the skills you will be learning through sharing in groups led by trained facilitators.

You can check out the website at cru.sg/ertj for video testimonials of past participants.
