“GEN Z CAN!” EMPOWERING YOUTHS TO ACHIEVE

For the first time in history, we have a generation of youths who do not know a world without the Internet. As true digital natives, they are a unique generation.

Participate in a workshop that discusses the unique characteristics, talents and challenges facing Generation Z youths (aged 12 to 27 years).

Explore the profound impact of technology and digital culture, along with the mental health challenges prevalent among Gen Z. Engage in discussions on the importance of career guidance and strategies for fostering resilience and emotional intelligence.

Gain insights and practical tools for supporting and empowering the next generation as they navigate the complexities of the modern world.

Learning objectives

  • Examine the mental health challenges faced by Gen Zs

  • Discuss effective ways to relate to and nurture Gen Zs while helping them cope with their challenges
