EMOTIONAL RESILIENCE TRANSFORMATIONAL JOURNEY COURSE

Calling all aged 17 to 35.

Invest in your personal growth by strengthening your resilience and emotional intelligence. Come for this transformational journey designed to equip you with practical skills to thrive in your life, career and relationships.

This course is specially curated by Pamela Koh, Founder of ThriveSg, and draws from her many years of working with young people. The experiential sessions focus on techniques she has found most effective for cultivating emotional resilience.

The heart behind this course is to create a safe space for self-discovery, and to learn and practise the skills with other trusted peers in sharing groups led by trained facilitators so you have a community to journey with you in your growth.
