Invest in your personal growth by strengthening your resilience and emotional intelligence. Come for this transformational journey designed to equip you with practical skills to thrive in your life, career and relationships.
This course is specially curated by Pamela Koh, Founder of ThriveSg, and draws from her many years of working with young people. The experiential sessions focus on techniques she has found most effective for cultivating emotional resilience.
The heart behind this course is to create a safe space for self-discovery, and to learn and practise the skills with other trusted peers in sharing groups led by trained facilitators so you have a community to journey with you in your growth.
Enjoy four weeks of intentional self-care as you invest in your own development within a safe and supportive environment. You will be guided through self-discovery and the learning of emotional resilience skills alongside trusted peers, led by trained facilitators across four interactive sessions.

Pamela Koh is the Founder and Clinical Director of ThriveSg. She is a registered counsellor and clinical supervisor with the Singapore Association of Counselling (SAC) and a certified therapist in Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR). Pamela specialises in working with all kinds of trauma and grief-related issues that often underlie mental health issues like anxiety, depression, addiction and eating disorders.
