Say this prayer when you're feeling discouraged

When hope seems bleak and the future looks uncertain, it’s important to remember that we have a God who is always present with us. This prayer is a reminder of His presence and His love, no matter what might be happening in our lives.

If you’re feeling lost and without hope, take some time to speak these words. Trust that God is with you every step of the way.

A prayer for when times are hard

“Dear Heavenly Father, thank You for all Your blessings in my life. I’m so grateful for Your unfailing love, grace and mercy that have always given me such comfort.

Today, I choose to surrender all my burdens to you…

Lord, today I come to you with a troubled heart. I’m facing a really hard situation right now that is causing me great worry and uncertainty. Things have been tough. I feel my anxiety growing. God, please forgive me for these moments of doubt and fear.

Today, I choose to surrender all my burdens to you, knowing that You truly care for me (1 Peter 5:7; Psalm 55:22). I welcome your holy presence into my life, for I know only You are able to give me true rest from the worries of the world (Matthew 11:28-30).

Lord, even amid my troubles, I choose to submit my ways to You. I seek to lean not on my own understanding, but Yours (Proverbs 3:5). Help me live according to Your will. Please fill my days with your peace (2 Thessalonians 3:16). Give me confidence in my steps as I navigate through the challenging situations of my life.

Thank You, Father, for hearing my prayer. In Jesus’ name I pray, Amen.”
